Position summary:
To handle day to day communications with customers to ensure all MMD vehicles are maintained as required and kept in a standard we expect. Update DAL Motors system with all required vehicle information to ensure cost efficiencies are delivered. As required meet customers to inspect or deliver vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction. Advise when insurance and registration of vehicles is required to ensure all MMD vehicles are legally covered and protected.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure that all our customers contacts are carried out in a positive professional friendly manner giving the best impression of MMD as a service provider.
Establish strong communications lines with our after sales suppliers to ensure a rapid response to all our requirements.
Deliver solutions to our customers whenever possible to ensure they receive a smooth and pleasant experience.
Daily interaction with both finance and insurance and registration team to ensure all expectations are delivered.
Provide all reports as advised in a accurate and timely manner.
Attend all required training and highlight any gaps in training that will benefit yourself and the process.
Ensure all MMD vehicles are maintained as per manufactures recommendations.
Ensure all MMD vehicles data is accurate and up to date in our DMS.
Complete as required fuel consumption reports plus purchase of fuel credit when directed.
Ensure all MMD vehicles are identified and whereabouts known at all times.
Ensure all MMD vehicles have all associated costs showing on our system.
Ensure any unauthorized cost is brought to the attention of the Fleet Supervisor
Assist in stock taking as required throughout the year offsite if required.
Ensure all MMD vehicles spend minimum time off the road in workshops.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
Diploma Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
Experience:
1 year of customer facing experience with strong administrative skills .

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification :

Position summary:
To lead the KIA team to market leadership in line with the department objectives. To help developing the brand strategy and align it with the overall company’s vision and strategy. The overall responsibility of running the day to day operations and represent company’s interest.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet the agreed performance benchmarks and sales targets
Achieve the required performance level in supply, distribution, customer satisfaction, market penetration, area coverage.
Ensure overheads are controlled and costs and expenses are mainimized by control and effective utilization of resources.
Ensure good liaison with all managers and staff.
Build staff relationship and provide them with support, coaching and encouragement to improve their performance.
Motivate staff to obtain highest level of commitment and ensure customer needs met.
Run staff performance appraisal and recommend necessary actions on the results to the Brand Manager.
Ensure all staff are committed to the principles and ethics of the Dealership and DAL Group.
Timely submit the regular reports to the Sales Manager
Review of DOC and KPI’s and take/recommend necessary actions
Regularly report to Sales Manager regarding areas of concern or opportunities
Immediate report of any irregularities, business opportunities and/or issues need support / interaction
Achieve highest rate of customer satisfaction and lowest rate of customer defection without sacrifice of profitability.
Improve quality of customer interaction by improving standards and provide best facilities and highest technical skills.
Maintain customer loyalty through highest level of CRM Management.
Develop new business opportunities and follow up on existing clients
Maintain awareness of legislation that impacts on the industry
Meet all legislative and insurance and health and safety requirements.
Maintain professional and regular relationship with business partners, dealers, government authorities, statutory bodies and representatives of suppliers.
Ensure that all facilities and display units are always in excellent presentable condition
Any other duties as and when required by the Management that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and aimed at achieving the Company or Group goals.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or closely related field.
MBA
Experience:
At least 5 years of related experience in retail sales environment
2 -3 years in management role

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Ability to communicate in Arabic & English
Good understanding and current and relevant experience of the retail motor industry
Ability to work under pressure and multi task management
Ability to create a positive environment and culture that allows staff to develop and excel in their roles.
Exceptional customer facing skills to enable difficult situations to be resolved successfully.
Ability to negotiate effectively at the highest level
Good knowledge of the Law applicable to the motor industry in particular Franchise agreements, Trade description and practices, Consumer Law, and Employment Law.
